Texts
The target group has to be identified in order to write good texts.
The text has to be relevant and understandable. The grammars and
spelling must be correct, so the reader can focus on the content.
We write texts based on interviews, facts and sometimes main points
from our client. Sometimes our clients write the texts themselves
and only require a brief check from our side. Often we are asked to
shorten and make the texts legible. It is often difficult for a writer
to write a text that everyone can understand, independent of background
and education. One tend to get accustomed to the line of business and
that tends to dim the vision, with the result that the text is written
for people in the same line of business, rather than anyone.
The challenge is to extract the relevant information and write without
repetition. Short and concise, selling and easy to read (based on the
target group) and well cohesive with the product, company or organisation.
